AUTUMN 2004 EDITION
CHRISTMAS CLOSURE
We do not have firm details of our Christmas closure dates. At this stage it is likely that the last swimming session before Christmas will be Thursday, 23 December. We will probably restart on Sunday, 2 January. Please check the Noticeboard or Club Website for confirmation of the dates nearer the time.
WEBSITE
We are currently updating the Website (www.cheshamswimmingclub.org.uk) and are looking to offer membership only access to some areas more information to follow at a later date.
Another area we are looking to improve is communication. We shall be issuing the next Wavelength newsletter via email. Paper copies will not be given to members where we have a nominated email address.
Please return the slip below with your nominated email address to Sonja Ballingall at the pool. You may send it in the same envelope as Club Championships entries. Parents should be aware that they need to check this email address regularly for the Wavelength newsletter and Club information. Any changes to the nominated email address should be sent via the website email address (website@cheshamswimmingclub.org.uk). We are currently checking we have up-to-date addresses, home and mobile numbers for emergency contacts, so please include these details on the slip below (see wavelength downloads section of the website) and the membership secretary will update your records.
RAFFLE
There will be a raffle for the British National Programme signed by some of the Olympic team. Tickets are priced at £1.00 each and will be available to buy during the Club Champs. The draw will take place on Finals evening.
